About Ronald McDonald House Manitoba:
In 1984, Ronald McDonald House Manitoba (RMHM) was established with 14 family rooms. Ronald McDonald House works to provide a "home-away-from-home" for rural Manitoban and out-of-province families with a child requiring treatment at a nearby hospital. In 2010, the Ronald McDonald Family Room was created to extend the mission of Ronald McDonald House. The family room is in the HSC Children's Hospital in Winnipeg and provides a calm and supportive space for families.
