OVERVIEW

About Ally Global Foundation:

Ally Global Foundation is a 4-star charity. The charity has a B- Results Reporting grade, which is below average. Its overhead spending is 28%, within Charity Intelligence’s reasonable range. Its reserve funds can cover just under 1 year of annual program costs, which is within Charity Intelligence’s reasonable range.

Founded in 2019, Ally Global Foundation (AGF) works to help survivors of human trafficking and abuse. AGF funds local partners in Nepal and Cambodia. These partners provide safe homes, schooling, and reintegration programs for children rescued from human trafficking. In these countries and Canada, it works to educate the public about human trafficking and sexual exploitation. AGF puts its activities into three main categories: Prevent, Provide, and Prepare. The charity does not provide a breakdown of costs by program.

AGF runs Prevent, a program that works to educate children, parents, and teachers about the dangers of human trafficking. In 2024, Ally Global Foundation partnered with local leadership to distribute 3,035 prevention scholarship kits, covering uniform, tuition, and textbooks for children in high-risk communities. In March 2023, AGF launched the Prevention Project, which features over 100 multimedia resources that tackle root cause topics of trafficking. As of August 2023, the charity released 23 additional resources specifically for educators. The charity reported that the project had 10,527 unique website visitors and that 49 schools used the resources. In Canada, the charity ran Makwa Dodem in Saskatchewan, its indigenous-led prevention program. AGF stated that the program connected with 15 communities and trained eight community leaders. In October, AGF released Free to Fly, a short documentary in collaboration with survivors to inspire action.

AGF funds Provide, which gives safe spaces for children rescued from human trafficking. It houses children in safe homes where they receive trauma-informed care and specialized education. In 2024, the charity supported eight homes with 195 students in full-time care from the ages of 4 to 26. AGF reported that 404 students received trauma-informed education at local elementary and secondary schools in 2024. The charity also reported that it had six dedicated counsellors offering support in 2024.

Ally Global Foundation ran Prepare, which helps children reintegrate from safe homes into society. In 2024, the charity reported that it gave out 28 university scholarships and provided vocational training for 89 students. AGF listed that 244 survivors are being supported through transitional housing and food support on its website.

In 2023, AGF incorporated a subsidiary, Bold Corporation, to acquire property in Nepal.
