Founded in 1977, Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation (JBHF) is the fundraising arm of Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario. The foundation’s aim is to ensure that the community of Burlington has access to exceptional healthcare. Its main granting areas are Patient Care and Equipment. In F2022, JBHF granted $633k to Joseph Brant Hospital, representing a 43% decrease from F2021 and a 92% decrease from F2020. 

The Equipment program mainly involves the purchase of lab equipment and additional hospital beds to accommodate covid-19 patients. The foundation reports that the hospital added 40 expanded capacity beds for covid-19 in F2021. It reports that the hospital had 293 basic inpatient beds.

Joseph Brant Hospital offers a variety of Patient Care services to people including emergency medical care, maternal care, and mental health care.
