Founded in 1978, Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation (RCHF) raises money for the Royal Columbian Hospital (the Hospital) and the Fraser Health Authority. RCHF is in New Westminster, British Columbia. It reports that the population of BC the Hospital serves will grow by 36% by 2030 and will be primarily people aged over 80.  

The foundation funds equipment purchases, renovations, research, and patient experience at the hospital. In F2023, it granted $6.3m to the Fraser Health Authority, a 37% decline from F2021. RCHF did not provide a spending breakdown of its programs on its website.
