Kate Bahen CFA, Managing Director
Kate Bahen graduated from McGill University B.A. (Hons.) and post-graduate studies at Cambridge University.
In 1990 she joined Canada's pre-eminent investment research department at Burns Fry. Completing her CFA in 1993, Kate was the special situations analyst and then telecom analyst at UBS Bunting Warburg.
In 1996 Kate married and joined her husband in remote northwestern Quebec. For 4 years Kate witnessed the social challenges facing Canadians living in economically disadvantaged regions. At this time, Kate's family heightened their involvement in philanthropy. Kate met the Donner Award Finalists in 2001 and since that first meeting has been inspired by their work.
In 2006 Kate initiated Charity Intelligence Canada, combining her investment research profession
and desire to make a positive change for Canadians in need.
Graeme C. Hepburn, B.A.

Graeme Hepburn is the President of Dufferin Gate Capital Limited, a private investment company. He founded Vigo Productions Limited, a publisher and distributor of high quality greeting cards and related gift products. Graeme also founded Beacon Ridge Homes Limited, a developer and builder of single family homes in southern Ontario. He is also Chairman of the Board of Kids and Company Limited, a corporate child care provider with centres across Canada. Graeme serves as a volunteer Trustee of The Gow School, a boarding school for 143 dyslexic boys founded in 1926 in South Wales, New York.
